A sweeping new law involving Florida’s death penalty includes options for those condemned, as now almost no method of execution is ruled out.

Robin Maher is the Executive Director of The Death Penalty Information Center, a national non-profit that tracks and analyzes data on capital punishment from a no-politics perspective.
