SUNRISE, Fla. — A brush fire ignited on Wednesday in Broward County.
It was located near Northwest 109th Avenue and Northwest 50th Street in Sunrise.
Smoke could be seen in the area throughout the afternoon.
As of 5 p.m. officials said the fire had consumed five acres and had yet to be contained.
