Detectives search for shooter after victim arrives at Miami Gardens police station

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — Detectives were searching for a shooter on Sunday after a wounded victim arrived at the Miami Gardens Police Department headquarters.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue personnel responded on Saturday afternoon to 8611 NW 27 Ave. A MDFR helicopter pilot flew the victim to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center.

Detectives asked anyone with information about this or other cases to call Miami-Dade County Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477.
